Find Trendy Clothing Online

It is becoming increasingly more popular to purchase clothing online rather than going to a brick and mortar store to shop. It all started with catalogues. Do you remember getting those things in the mail? I could sit for hours and page through clothing catalogues, picking out my most favorite outfits.

Catalogues have evolved and while they still do show up on doorsteps these days, finding catalogue clothes online with a nice buy now pay later option is the easiest and smartest way to shop! I say this even about maternity clothing. Although, some women are reluctant to purchase maternity clothes until they absolutely have to – and by have to, I mean, when ‘regular’ clothing just will no fit and getting a bigger size just feels uncomfortable.

I always thought tunics were a great option for women who are not ready to make that leap to wearing maternity clothes but still need a bit of wiggle room.

This long-sleeved tunic is very flattering. It is made of Lyocell, an eco-fiber for soft, draping outfits. The smocking at the bust and on cuffs is what I really like:

Another tunic I found online is this embroidered blouse. I love the embroidery at the neckline and on the sleeves. I do not generally like long sleeves but the long sleeves are gathered at the cuffs, so that is a nice touch. I also like that it ties at the neckline and is gathered at the waist:

As long as you know your measurements, not just your size, there should be no problems ordering catalogue clothing from online retailers. With the holidays coming up so quickly, great online deals are beginning to emerge!

Moving DOWN

This guest post from Doris Dillon

My brother and I decided a few months ago that it was time for dad to move to a smaller house since he was having real trouble keeping up with the old farm since mom died. Neither of us lived close enough to visit every day so we helped him find a small ranch in a neighborhood near mine where I could check on him often. He’s in his eighties and I know he has a really tough time getting around on the days when his arthritis is bad so I’m always worried he’s going to fall or something. I went to Http://WWW.AllhomeSecurity.Com to look into alarms for smoke and even for falling for him and I talked to a nurse in his neighborhood who agreed to go over once every couple of days to check on him since she knows I’m worried. I love him to death and I would never forgive myself if something ever happened to him because he lived too far away so I feel like it’s my duty to keep him safe.

Perfectly Pretty

Just because you are pregnant or a new mommy doesn't mean that you have to let your looks take a backseat. When you only have a few fleeting moments of alone time, or barely enough time to brush your hair, the last thing on your mind is fixing your hair. A ponytail seems like the best solution to the problem.

Not any more! Ponytails no more!

The ghd hairstyles guide is awesome! I never knew that it was possible to transform my hair from boring new mommy pony to sexy hot momma in minutes! Just when you think there is no time, there are five minute hairstyles. Swoon! I am in heaven.

"To recreate Blake’s premiere style, roughly blow dry damp hair. Don’t use a brush as you blow dry, unless absolutely necessary, as you don’t want the hair to look too perfect. Next, take random sections of hair and use your ghd styler to lightly curl them. Take all the hair and pull it to the side of the head, securing it with grips. Take three sections of hair and plait them for an effortlessly cool, summery look." It definitely sounds easier to pull off with a few instructions rather than looking at a picture. There are a ton of pictures and styling ideas/instructions on their site. Can't think of what to do with your hair today? There are some many cute styles, you might be tempted to change your look every time you get a chance to.

Can you imagine going to get groceries with amazing hair like this!! You'd be the talk of the town and all it takes is a few minutes with the GHD Styler and not hours at an expensive salon. Seriously, I'm jealous. Think how fabulous you will feel just know that you are using the same exact styling tool used by celebrities and stylists around the world. Glamour right in your own home. So don't skimp on the "me" time.

Personalized Gift Baskets

Do you love them??

They are making a huge statement in the baby shower gifting. It's a great gift to give, but only if Mom-to-be isn't keeping the name a secret (which I also understand). Not to sound like I don't like putting effort into my gifts, but sometimes, it's easier just to let someone else do the hard work for you. I mean, I searching for personalized baby gift baskets, picked out the one I liked, and ordered it. No long lines or screaming kids.

Online shopping is simplicity at its best.

Chic Maternity Clothing

Some days, it's just plain difficult to find maternity clothes, let alone find chic maternity clothing that would be suitable for work and/or date night. I came across a site by K & Co. Here are some of my favorites that I have bookmarked.

One of the huge selling points of this site is that they offer their clothes in a wide variety of sizes. For example, this dress comes in sizes 8-22. They love the ladies in all sizes. Fabulous! This dress is available in pink or white and would be a lovely spring dress.

This is another great Mom-to-be pick. And....it's MACHINE WASHABLE!!

CHA-CHING! (Okay, I may have gotten a tad bit excited there) What mom doesn't love machine washable items?? If you don't, you better start because that's all you are going to be doing.

Once again, 8-22 sizes available!

The last one I'm going to share right now is this navy & white tunic. Reminds of summertime on the lake. It's cute & comfy, yet dressy enough to wear to work. What better than a versatile piece of clothing.

See, it's not so hard. There are chic maternity clothes out there, you just have to look. Or better yet, come back to my blog & see what I've found!
